Confidentiality Guarantees
Emendo UK will keep all information provided totally confidential, no information is passed on or sold to any other company at any time. No information regarding your security arrangements shall be recorded without your prior agreement. Written details of exactly what information we intend to record can be provided on request.

Liabilities
Emendo UK are a totally independent company, we are not part of or owned by any other company. As Emendo UK are not associated with any security providers, we accept no responsibility for the level of service provided from the same. Our maximum liability to you in relation to work done under this agreement will be limited to the amount you pay to us. Nothing in this agreement will constitute a partnership between Emendo UK and your company or yourself.

Service
Emendo UK intend to liaise directly with your security provider with an aim to reducing your annual contract costs for your security systems, we will also investigate all past services received to ensure that all items paid for have been received. Refunds will be sought for any services paid for but not received. Emendo UK will seek reductions and refunds for the contract(s) that you currently have with your service provider, no changes will be made to your contract or the level of service provided without prior agreement from yourselves. If required, Emendo UK can contact alternative security providers to try and seek a more competitive service, this will only be done once prior agreement or instruction has been given by yourselves.

Should you wish for your contract to be transferred to another company Emendo UK will advise which company we recommend the contact be transferred to but can accept no responsibility for the resulting service. The new contract will be solely between yourselves and the relevant security company.

We cannot guarantee that a particular service provider will be willing to negotiate with us on your behalf and to grant refunds or reductions.

Charges
Emendo UK operate purely on a commission only basis, should we not be successful in obtaining a refund or reduction then no charge will be incurred for our service.

There are no hidden administration or consultancy charges. We will advise of the amount of commission charged and the period of savings to which this relates. Commission is charged for any refund or reduction that is negotiated with and confirmed by your security provider.

Our service is charged purely on a commission only basis, commission will be charged at a percentage of any refund or reduction obtained by Emendo UK, including VAT, for the duration of this agreement.

Payment
Payment for all invoices issued by Emendo UK is due within 30 days from date of invoice or unless agreed otherwise between both parties. Should any monies be received by Emendo UK directly from your security provider we will deduct our commission and a cheque for the balance of your refund will be forwarded to yourselves within 10 working days.

Service Acceptance
Acceptance of an agreement provides express permission for Emendo UK to liaise and negotiate directly with your security provider on your behalf. Any proposed terms will be agreed with yourself before any formal agreement is made.You will be requested to agree to Emendo UK contacting your security provider to negotiate an improved security contract in accordance with the above terms and conditions.

Any agreement will begin once it has been signed by both parties and will end once full payment for all services provided by Emendo UK has been received.

Emendo UK have tried to keep this agreement as simple as possible, however should any further information be required we will be happy to supply written details.
