Step 1

We will discuss the customer’s requirements and current security contract arrangements, no specific details are taken (for both security reason and for the integrity of both parties). We simply gain an understanding of the services you use. In addition to this initial consultation, and this is crucial to the customer – we must stress the importance of this part – customers will not suddenly start to receive an inferior service or, see reductions in cover or support etc. You will continue to receive at least the same standard of service, in fact, many of our customers will see an improvement in the service they receive.

Step 2

We then begin the review of your contracts and see where savings can be made. With your expressed permission, we will liaise directly with your current security provider.

Step 3

We will then liaise with the security provider to negotiate the maximum possible reduction in all current maintenance and monitoring charges (where applicable). At the same time we will carry out a comprehensive audit of past services received – including:

The final step is the best bit – you save money! And as all of our services are provided on a strictly commission-only basis, if we cannot save you money on your security costs, you do not pay us a single penny.
