Each property is reviewed individually and we work with each customer to make sure that only necessary services are used which in turn ensures that no unnecessary charges are incurred.

Emendo UK will negotiate the maximum possible reduction in your current annual contract charges for both maintenance of your security systems and monitoring of your business premises.

Refunds are sought from your security service providers for any elements of the service found to have been omitted. As part of this service, we will also negotiate reduced charges for the next few years giving peace of mind that your service is constantly being provided at the minimum possible rate.

Invoicing

If required, we can also arrange for all invoicing to be streamlined to save time, reduce wastage and improve internal systems. Invoice streamlining could involve:

• Charges grouped by regions / area
• All charges on one invoice
• Charges grouped by anniversary date

This will allow invoice vetting to be carried out much more efficiently in the future – saving valuable time and money. Additionally, should the anniversary dates of your contracts be spread throughout the year, we can arrange for this to be changed so that all contracts renew at the same time each year.
