We offer a Process Serving facility to Solicitors, Companies and Private Individuals. If you have important legal documents that need serving urgently then we are able pass these to one of our experienced Process Servers who will make service as required. If you have special instructions relating to the service then simply let us know and we will adhere to your instructions.

 

What it Costs
Our fee is normally £75.00 + Oath fee + VAT. All fees quoted include a Certificate of service or a sworn affidavit of service when required.

Our Process Servers or Agents cover the whole of the UK and abroad and will ensure your legal documents are served and returned to you on time and with proof of service as appropriate. If it is an urgent service then we can also arrange collection of the documents from your office or Court.
